I am Liv, the maker and brains behind Papelivia.
I launched Papelivia in January 2020 and took it on immediately as my full-time job. I had previous careers in Business Admin, Customer Service, Retail and Waitressing, but I never fell in love with any of those jobs.
As soon as I started Papelivia, I really found my feet and realised I had a strong passion for all things stationery!
Since January 2020, I have never looked back and I truly believe I have found the perfect career for me.
I take a lot of pride in providing professional, friendly customer service. Every single customer is so special to me, after all, all of my amazing customers are the reason I am able to do what I love every day!
I am recently engaged and plan on having my big day in the next few years, which I can't wait for. It will definitely be strange making stationery with my name and wedding details on!
I am the biggest perfectionist, compassionate, caring and good at listening to people's needs.
My personality fits so well with this job because every single customer is listened to and treated how I would treat my own friends and family.
I pride myself on creating the perfect stationery using only the best materials to suit each couples colours, theme and budget. I am always here to help everyone have the best stationery for the most important day of their lives!
